Reale Actives Inc. (“Reale Actives,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. You may request to update or access certain account information by contacting us (see Section 11).

Delete personal information (subject to exceptions)

10) Sensitive Personal Information
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require us to offer a ‘Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information’ right under California law. Accordingly, we do not offer a separate “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” option.
The Platform is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. However, no security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
