Reale Actives Inc. (“Reale Actives,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you visit or interact with our websites, online store, and other online services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Platform”).

These parties are contractually restricted in how they use your information.

Public or community features
If you post reviews or other content publicly, that information may be visible to others.

Global Privacy Control (GPC):
Where required by law, we honor opt-out preference signals (such as the Global Privacy Control) that communicate a request to opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information for purposes of targeted advertising for that browser or device.

 

 

7) Your Choices and Requests

Marketing communications:

  • Email: you can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

  • SMS: you can opt-out by following the instructions in the message.
    You may still receive transactional or account-related messages after unsubscribing or opting-out of marketing communications.

Account information:
You may request to update or access certain account information by contacting us (see Section 11).

 

 

8) California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:

  • Know/access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you

  • Delete personal information (subject to exceptions)

  • Correct inaccurate personal information

  • Opt-out of sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising

  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights

Categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal information include service providers and contractors (such as payment processors, fulfillment providers, hosting providers, and analytics providers), advertising networks and marketing partners, and business partners.

Sale/Sharing

We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation. However, we may “share” certain information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising.  You can opt out via:

10) Sensitive Personal Information

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require us to offer a ‘Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information’ right under California law. Accordingly, we do not offer a separate “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” option.

11) Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

 

 

12) Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. However, no security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
